So I booked our engagement photo shoot!! Woo hoo! It's on May 22nd in Downtown Dundee. I'm super excited because Jon and I are going to go to Emmett's for lunch and a beer before hand. Emmett's is a good place to celebrate milestones for us apparently, because we also went there the day we were closing on our town home! Very excite!
I'm going to get my highlights fixed by a girl in Pingree this weekend so i'll be ready for photos :)
Not much else going on other than the fact i'm excited to see Tori tomorrow night and that we're going to my mom's retirement party on Sunday :)

Back to Blogging
So, I figure it's been awhile since i've blogged... probably a good year or two, so I thought i'd try and start it back up again seeing as though everyone's asking me how wedding plans/life is going...
Wedding plans are... well, kind of at a standstill right now. I already got so much done from January-March that April was kind of... uneventful. As of now we have the church, reception hall, DJ, florist, photographer, and my wedding dress.
I guess the next thing to happen will be the engagement pictures (once I get around to getting my hair done), and then my bridesmaids will be going to get fitted for their dresses at the end of the month. I know that our tastings at the Roundhouse will happen around the end of June and we've decided on our wedding invitations, so I'll have to order that soon as well.
We started our meetings with our "sponsor couple" through the church and have our next meeting at the end of May. Should be interesting I suppose! I'm eager to see what our how Jon and my scantrons compare... haha...
Jon and I are EXTREMELY eager to be on our honeymoon already. I wish November wasn't so far away! Well... kind of. I don't want to skip summer at all, but I WOULD like to go on vacation. It's going to be the BEST 2 weeks ever! I've been doing a ton of research on the parks, activities and restaurants in the area, so i'm more than prepared! :)
